ABOUT LIVING WELL YOGA AND FITNESS
Living Well Yoga and Fitness Inc. is a New York State non profit company that provides a wide variety of high quality yoga, exercise, dance, movement, & health education programs to the beginner through intermediate student. Our class sizes are kept small to ensure individual attention. Our focus is on offering programs in a safe and non-competitive environment.
We provide classes for the general public as well as being committed to providing programs for those who are unable to attend traditional exercise programs and yoga classes, or those dealing with medical conditions who are in need of more condition-specific programs then typically offered at health clubs and community centers.
Throughout the year we offer free support groups and free classes in yoga, exercise and meditation. We also network with local agencies to offer free Lunch and Learn programs on manging various medical conditions such as Parkinson's, Osteoporosis, Heart Disease, Diabetes and more. Please click on any of the links to the left for more information.
Living Well Yoga and Fitness is currently in the process of transitioning to a 501(C)3tax exempt corporation. Stay tuned for updates.
