Sight Loss Class
Living Well Yoga and Fitness offers an exercise and yoga program for those living with sight loss.
The program teaches posture, body awareness and gentle strengthening and stretching/yoga exercises to help improve mobility, independence, and reduce the risk of falls.
All movements are taught in a slow and easy to follow format and can be done either holding onto or seated in a chair.
