Living Well Yoga and Fitness      -
Yoga for Those with HIV/AIDS
 
This once per week on-going class offers instruction in yoga and meditation to individuals living with HIV/AIDS and their partners.

The class includes:
 
- Yoga poses to help improve flexibility, strength, and balance geared to the beginner
   to intermediate student. 
 
- Variations are taught to accommodate those who have never taken yoga before.
 
- Breathing exercises to help increase lung capacity and stamina. 
 
- Restorative Yoga poses using props for support to facilitate realignment and release
  of muscle tension.
 
- Relaxation/meditation techniques to help calm the  body and reduce stress. 
 
- An opportunity connect and share with others who are dealing with HIV/AIDS.
 
To protect participants privacy the class is held in a discreet location and no other programs are held in the studio at this time.
 
Pre-registration required as class size is limited. After we receive your registration we will notify you of the class location in Montauk.
